Eating habits

i eat a very small breakfast (i cant stand food which is too rich, like most cereals) during week days, also a small lunch. Big suppers every day. Then on weekends and holidays i get at about 2pm for lunch.

I also eat snacks a lot, too much actualy. Fortunately that hasn't stopped me weighing under 50 kilograms, at the age of seventeen. :)

My diet is unbelieveably random.... I'll starve myself sometimes with nothing to eat. Or become a glutton and eat so much food, it seems that I'd have a blackhole for a stomach. Sometimes I eat normally... :) I try to avoid fastfood and have very little of it, and make healthy choices all the time when it comes to eating healthy. I rarely drink pop and usually go with water or juice, because it's better. Overall I eat pretty good.

I just eat when i feel like it, sometimes i will have breakfast but other times i won't. Sometimes i can pig out like a boss and stuff myself silly (i regret nothing) but usually just lunch at noon-2pm and dinner from 4-6pm.

I try and eat more, but smaller meals throughout the day, trying to eat portions no bigger than the palm of my hand 5-7 times a day. I eat as soon as I wake up, and I eat no later than 7:30pm.

 

The keyword in all of the above is "try".

I eat 1 or 2 meals a day, depending on when I work. If I work i eat 1 meal at 4:00, and usually it's fast food or something off the menu from my restaurant. If I don't work I eat 2, 1 during lunch break at school, I drive home and eat 4 bowls of cereal, then whatever my family has planned for dinner that night.

 

I tend to have a bottomless pit for a stomach, I can literally eat non-stop if I wanted to. I also eat really fast and I don't tend to use a fork and knife for my food (much to my mother's distaste)

I eat breakfast at 7:30 (damn school, y u so early?); which is usually a toaster strudel and milk, eat whatever slop the school hands out at 1:30, and eat a delicious, home cooked, handmade with love Italian dish, usually involving pasta, fish, or...well pasta at like 6:00. Then I usually eat a midnight snack at...midnight which is usually popcorn. Thank ya for reading my text wall about how I am slowly becoming fat.

On Mondays through Fridays I have no breakfast ('cause I have to wake up so freaking early), and have the same old boring school lunch of a Smucker's Uncrustables peanut butter n' jelly, chocolate milk, carrots, and usually an apple or raisins (I like to mix it up 'cause it gets really BORING after having the same thing over and over again). When I get home at like 2:30 or so I usually snack on whatever crap I can find in the pantry, then either my mom or dad make some sort of cheap food thing for dinner. Usually it's crap from Taco Bell or pasta or chicken. I have such a bland life. :(


It's ironic how I fall just to get back up again...

My schedule as well as my mind is usually all over the place so, it varies.

 

Some days I'll be right on track with 3 meals and a snack. (Though probably later starting than most)

Breakfast: 12:00pm

Lunch: 4:00pm

Dinner: 9:00pm

Snack: 11:00pm

 

OR there are days where I just graze all day because I'm too lazy to actually cook.

I usually have a small breakfast due to not having a lot of time in the morning. On my days off, I'll go all out with an omelette, bacon, toast, and sometimes a parfait.

 

Lunch, if I'm at work (which I usually am), is panda express. Fried rice (which I add peanuts and extra sauce and sesame oil to), with shanghai steak and orange chicken, usually with a Rangoon or two.

 

Dinner is usuall also panda express unless I'm working a short shift, in which case I eat whatever the family is having for dinner, grab fast food on the way to hanging out with friends, or I just don't eat.

 

 

Also, on days off, I generally snack throughout the whole day instead of having definite meals.

 

 

Also, sugar. Sugar sugar sugar. All fucking day. I love sugar. I need my sugar.
