Family and friends don't count because I am mainly talking about conveniences and tech and such. For me I would miss having Electricity and A/C. I'd also miss my family and friends and everyone else I know, and my cat. I'd be remiss if I didn't say that I would miss having hands, and getting used to being a pony with a completely different body structure would probably take some time. I'd probably miss anime and manga a little bit, though only a little. I guess I wouldn't have my pony stuff with me, ironically enough, and even if I did have my DVDs and BluRays, they wouldn't work in Equestria. I'd probably miss God, as he doesn't reside over Equestria like he does Earth. Let's get this out if the way: my friends and my family. I love the very much I would hate to have to leave them behind. Along with the most important people in my life, I'd miss all forms of media, especially these forums, YouTube, and Pinterest (and all my favourite shows and games)! And I'd probably just miss home in general. I really like being at home. I'd say home is like my second my home, bug that would make no sense whatsoever. I would kill to be able to eat meat already so if I lived in equestria and was not able to be Omnivorous or even carnivorous, I'd loose it, I'd live with the Griffins just to steal some of their meat.
