Not clean enough?

Do you enjoy detailing your car but sometimes feel it's necessary to make a flying cartoon pony do it for you for kicks? Well this is what I would imagine happening, after hours of work Rainbow Dash would think she's finished but would only come to find after my inspection that going over the body with another coat of polish is necessary.

So, just imagine telling her to polish it again as she hovers next to the vehicle with a almost disappointing but not fully disappointing look on her face as she crosses her hooves in a annoyed fashion about to utter a remark such as "Are you kidding?" or "Seriously dude?"

 

But in all seriousness, I took this picture a while back in order to make a image similar to this but I had forgotten and I am just now getting to it. My novel has eaten up a lot of my time lately, I would imply some ponies in my novel, but it takes place in 1977 when there were no flying cartoon ponies, plus there is many gunfights taking place, you wouldn't want any ponies getting their heads blown off by double barrel shotguns.

i could use an extra pair of hooves for when i detail my car maybe it would take 10 hours then lol. Sounds like my type of novel btw!

Detailing a vehicle is like applying things such as polish, wax, quick detailer to the body of the vehicle with a buffer or some type of cloth. Detailing a vehicle is what makes the body real smooth like you would see at a dealership or a car show. So basically like extensive cleaning I guess, it keeps me occupied.

I spend a lot of time on my car too, even more on the boat. I like to be very precise and stuff when it comes to vehicle care, well I guess with anything I try to do it correct (except algebra, that is a road too bumpy to drive on in my case... in other words i suck at it)

But yeah, the novel is turning out quite well. I'll probably post the link to a Google docs page containing the finished work (or near finished work) here in the forums upon it's completion so others can enjoy it,

haha your preaching to the choir on that one. im an engineer so im pretty precise on everything. i actually just bought a nice bottle of zymol wax for my car 80 bucks for one bottle lol its amazing stuff though.

Anywhoove, this seems like a bad idea. These ARE "hooves" mind you, I like rainbow more then the next filly but I gotta say you may ride in my mitsubishi but you may not gouge huge marks with your sharpened hooves.

Thank you, After I put Dash next to the car, I couldn't resist but to add a reflection, or at least try to add a reflection.

And yes, I'm writing a novel. It's entitled "Country Mile" I posted the cover I made here on the forums not too long ago, but i'm nearly 1/4 of the way through writing it. I'm about 25,000 words, 74 pages and around 4 chapters so far. The goal is near 100,000 words with 480 pages (8-1/2" X 11") and 24 chapters. Thanks for asking about the novel part as well, there's a short description of the story line on my profile here on the forums if you want to take a look.

I haven't ever been asked to do a request to tell you the truth, but I can try my hand at one as long as it's not too crazy and far fetched. What do you have in mind?
