Rainbow Dash in the NBA

So, like another topic that put Rainbow Dash's human counterpart in the NFL, I imagined her in the NBA. Which team would she be drafted by and who would she play for?

If I have to pick, it's gonna be Miami Heat. She can be the Dwayne Wade, with her pace and agility. Also, throw a bit of Ty Lawson for being the fastest flyer.

 

 

I can't really imagine her that way, though in my mind I have my own Canterlot High Team with Twilight as coach and

I don't follow basketball anymore, but from what I understand (correct me if I am wrong), she wouldn't join the NBA at all because the NBA is a mens basketball league. Though I've heard rumors of women almost making it into the NBA, so it's not too far fetched to imagine.

 

If she did play for the NBA, I would hope that the Lakers would draft her.

Not really but if that happens, I'm sure the NBA will set up a new rule just for Dashie (just like how they did to Shaquille O' Neal)

Dashie would totally want to play with the winning team, so she would join the Champion Golden State Warriors (Dub Nation represent    )! If you recall back in Rainbow Falls, she momentarily ditched the Ponyville team to join the Cloudsdale Wonderbolts who were the fan favorite to win.

 

I could totally see Coach Kerr putting her in the small lineup with the other starters. She'd be the fastest on the court and would be able to outrun all other players for the easy layup, or pass it quickly to our fantastic 3-point shooters (Curry, and Thompson). She would basically be a superhuman version of Draymond Green! Plus as an added bonus, her color scheme complements the Warriors so well (Cyan with the rainbow mane goes so well with the already established Blue and yellow of the Dubs .

I'm pretty sure she's tall enough. The shortest guy in the history of the NBA was 5 feet 3 inches. Human Rainbow must be at least six feet.

Gahhh... It seems so tempting for Dash to play for the Warriors. However, I have determined two other teams she could play for:

 

 

 

Thunder (Durant, Westbrook, and Dash! Also, weather name!)

Mavericks (They use blue, and they have a horse in the logo and a horse mascot! However, they use blue and silver, which is more like Soarin.)

 

But ultimately, it would have to be the Warriors, because the color scheme fits Canterlot High's SO well!

In the final rundown, I have determined all the teams that Dash could play for:

 

Thunder

Warriors

Nuggets

Mavericks

Grizzlies

 

Ultimately, it would have to be the Warriors, because like I said before, NO OTHER TEAM fits Canterlot High School's color scheme so well!
