Does anyone tend to emotional eat?

As others have said, I do the exact opposite.

Whenever I get in a sad or bad mood, I tend to avoid eating, I feel like if I would eat something I'd instantly puke it.

Food just disgusts me when I'm like that.

I stress-eat sometimes. I try not to but there are those moments when you want some little treat for an emotional pick-me-up. It doesn’t often do much for the emotional condition in the long run, but you never really think about that when you’re working your way through a package of Oreos.

Occasionally. I kinda hate it tbh. Like it can calm me down but I always feel a bit bad for eating so much instead of like sitting down or taking a walk or something. :/. Know what I mean?

Oh yeah. Mhmm. Absolutely. Yep. Big tubby sad baby here. Eating ice cream out of the bucket watching legally blonde type. That's me.

I started emotional eating when I was around 16... whenever I’m upset OR really happy! Kind of like:

“This is lame, but food will make me feel better”, or, “This calls for a celebration - let’s eat some food!”

My relationship with food isn’t a healthy one, but I try to eat a plant based diet most of the time. :please:
