SilyGeny 370 February 12, 2016 Share February 12, 2016 As others have said, I do the exact opposite. Whenever I get in a sad or bad mood, I tend to avoid eating, I feel like if I would eat something I'd instantly puke it. Food just disgusts me when I'm like that. graphic design is meh pession Twilight Sparkle Pinkie Pie Applejack Rainbow Dash Rarity Fluttershy

Dreambiscuit 12,403 May 3, 2019 Share May 3, 2019 I stress-eat sometimes. I try not to but there are those moments when you want some little treat for an emotional pick-me-up. It doesn’t often do much for the emotional condition in the long run, but you never really think about that when you’re working your way through a package of Oreos.
OdellaLark 185 May 3, 2019 Share May 3, 2019 Occasionally. I kinda hate it tbh. Like it can calm me down but I always feel a bit bad for eating so much instead of like sitting down or taking a walk or something. :/. Know what I mean?
Here No Longer 5,290 May 3, 2019 Share May 3, 2019 Sometimes I start binge-eating when I'm not emotionally well. Like I'll start eating a lot one day and then hardly anything the next. :/

CoconutCake 361 May 9, 2019 Share May 9, 2019 I started emotional eating when I was around 16... whenever I’m upset OR really happy! Kind of like: “This is lame, but food will make me feel better”, or, “This calls for a celebration - let’s eat some food!” My relationship with food isn’t a healthy one, but I try to eat a plant based diet most of the time.
