Actually the crew is in full aware of this situation, and I'm sure they're doing all they could to fix it. Some of the crew did say they wanted to get more into Spike's orgin.

It is way too soon to tell, but so far I am liking what I am seeing with the season premier though we also need to keep in mind that most season premiers and finales tend to be fairly good anyway so we will have to wait and see whether this will continue to be a pattern the rest of the season.

So far I am right! So far this is Spike's greatest season! Not only that, but he's got TWO more episodes coming! You know how seaosn 5 was big for the CMCs? Well, perhaps Spike's gonna have a dramatic change in his life as well! If you're disappointed that he didn't get wings in the previous episode, guess what, the season's not over yet.
