So hard to pick a favourite! Being of Irish descent, I love all forms of potato. I think I may have to go with tater tots, though Down Under we call them potato gems.

 

Fun Fact: Potatoes actually come from a variety of Nightshade. Only the tuber (potato itself) is safe to eat.

Plain ol' baked potatoes are good, with salt! Fries can be absolutely amazing, I crave them all of the time. Then there are chips, OMG. How could you do this to me?! Don't you know I run on potatoes and cheese. (But not together. Never together)
