Talking about foods, how about blodpudding med lingonsylt? Classic Swedish lunch (we even had that in school! ):

(A picture of "blood pudding" (black pudding) with lingonberry jam, painted by my friend). It is made by pig blood and taste like ginger snap (mmmm delicious)

Blodpudding is not so bad, but maybe I prefer the Spanish equivalent (morcilla has more spices) :p Of course lingonsylt goes with everything though

Definitely an omnivore. Lately, I've reduced my red meat consumption by incorporating more fish and poultry into my diet. I generally don't eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, but I do love fruit.
