What music genres do you listen to?

I literally like every type of music besides rap, I don't know rap just doesn't sound great to me, I prefer a song where the lyrics don't have to rhyme, or be fast, just a song that sends out a message that can be relate-able.

don't care about the genre, as long as i like the piece) whatever it is.

so i listen to about everything, be that opera or some street beat, or even sewer sfx))

but mostly I like the PSOne game's soundtrack, Trance (but only as live internet radio broadcasts), female vocals, etc....

I listen to all sorts of music. Mainly electronic music: drum & bass, dubstep, electro house, trap, glitch hop, moombahton, garage, trance, complextro, IDM, nurofunk, electronica, nu disco and so much more (not that lazy mainstream EDM stuff though).

 

Other genres I listen to are metal, 90's rock, punk rock, 80's pop, 90's hip hop, grime, 00's pop, instrumental, reggae, dub, electronic rock, county and classical.

Ponified (It totally is a music genre *shush*), 8-bit/Chiptune, ~Game Soundtracks~, Piano, Orchestral, Electronic, Rock, Metal.

Dark Wave, Neoclassical, Ambient, Power Metal, and Steampunk (Why yes, this is a genre).

 

 

I generally listen to anything that sounds nice, and I've grown up on (classic) rock music so obviously it still holds a place in my heart but eventually I've found my own taste which is the genres listed above.  Since then, such type of genre are often what I pander to.

I'm almost all over the place with the most popular genres.  (Emphasis on almost.)  But lately I've been really getting into a high mix of electro-rock fusion, mainly stuff from Celldweller and Blue Stahli.  Screw the trends, I love what the artists want. ^^
