Wow, this is AWFUL. Cringe Central.  

But the spike/celestia scroll prank actually seemed harmless and funny.  I was laughing at that one.  

 

Still, the fact that spike was annoyed by it shows that even I could laugh at a prank without stopping to think about how it affected others.  

That makes this one far and away the most powerful prank, story-wise.  Its pretty interesting that the writer got me to forget how annoying Dash was for a moment.

I have to say that I am getting the feeling of season 1 from this ep; really feels more down to earth.

Given the synopsis of the episode, I was a little bit worried about how this one will end up being like.

And to be honest, I have to say that this episode was fairly enjoyable.

Also is it just me, or did anyone else feel any similarities to the Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends Halloween episode?

This is a fundamental lesson that seems like RD learned long ago. I liked the premise and the simplicity of it. But you would think RD is way too smart to fall for it. Overall, I liked the scary nature of the episode. A couple of scenes were legitimately creepy. The barn scene reminded me of the ghost invasion at Romani Ranch in Majoras Mask. Overall I liked it even if it's a little on the simple side.

I hate that the way to teach rainbow a friendship lesson is to pull a revenge prank.

 

Season 6 has been pretty good, but this was the worst by a good margin.
