This game means everything to me. Granted I love the franchise as a whole, but this game holds tremendous replay value for me. I just love it so much. <3

Paper Mario 64. It had a huge influence on my love of gaming, building on top of what pokemon set. In particular, I love the living world aspect, like how instead of a level select screen, there is a whole world you could explore and everything is connected. Nintendo seems to have forgotten this as of late, which genuinely saddens me.

My all-time favourite (which includes being in the 2-D platformer category) would be:

Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2 (GBA)

3-D platformer (so far): Super Mario 64 (N64 and DS)

RPG: Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Sports: Super Mario Strikers/Mario Power Tennis

FPS: CoD: BlOps II

Adventure (so far): LoZ: OoT and/or MM

I know, I'm a Nintendo/Mario fan. I grew up with Nintendo, no big deal.

There is a whole list of other games I could list here, but I don't want to make it too long if I don't want to.

Picking just one, it has to be RollerCoaster Tycoon. That game provides me with nearly endless entertainment and it is very relaxing too. It is amazing how well that game holds up even to this day.

As much as you guys think I would say PAC-MAN, nope. This game is Smash 4, which has PAC-MAN in it. Back when it was new, I would play it at a friend's house and pick PAC-MAN and only PAC-MAN. Smash is how I got my love for him and his games. Smash is my passion, and I strive to be a notable PAC-MAN player, and I'm already one of the better players in my neighborhood probably, as my brother says.

Hmm, I have a few. I would say Super Mario World, Zelda: Majora's Mask, oh, and Undertale has probably become one of my all-time favorites.

There's more, but I couldn't possibly name them all :P

CS:GO

League of legends

I would also add World of warcraft to the list normally but since Cataclysm appeared it no longer makes me interested enough to play it ... (been there since Beta... feels bad to see my favorite game destroyed)

Age of empires 2 (older ponies understand the most)

StarCraft

CoD

I know that I'm sort of resurrecting this thread, but eh well. Got another game that recently came along that really took my breath away. The ambience, the overall atmosphere, the mechanics, the art style, the confusing as heck story...Inside. It's such a well done game. I was always a fan of LIMBO, but Playdead really outdid themselves on this one. And to say that it's only their second game as a company...just wow.

Shadows await you all.

I like to stick to the classics and roots of video games, so my all-time favorite would have to be none other than Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES. Best-selling game of its time!

In terms of the Kingdom Hearts series, it's easily II: Final Mix for me:

1. So many new cutscenes, features, options, etc.

2. Still a complex story, yes, but thankfully nothing uber-convoluted (unlike in the newer games, sadly).

How I pine for the days without @$$pull time-travel, glorified Horcruxes, etc.
