Rarity would roll either an assassin or an archer, so she would use poisoned daggers or a crossbow. Rainbow Dash would be a skirmisher, so she would use a short sword. Fluttershy would definitely be the party's cleric, so she would not use a weapon but would be casting combat and defense buffs and healing spells on the rest of the group. Applejack would likely be a berserker, so she would get either a warhammer or a battleaxe. I think they would use variations of their naturals skills in such a game.
