My mom said it had something to do with craving iron which would make sense with her attempts to lesson meat consumption at the time and my growth spurts demanding all sustenance under the sun. I take a broomstick and rest it on an object so that it is at an angle of twenty degrees. And then I put my hands on it and press down on the shaft with sustained pressure. For example. Yesterday, I had an anxiety attack and the lower end of my intestines were hurting in a very peculiar manner. I was instantly reminded of our family history with cancer of colon. So, I sat down and used the lower half of my body to press down on the shaft in front of me with my feet. It worked and the pain disappeared in less than a minute.
