I see you only have half the characters you need, and I'd be happy to join. My OC, Silver Note, is linked in my signature. She would be a very interesting character under pressure. 

I have no idea what her ultimate thing would be, though. Unilmate... string instrument player? Yeah, I might need some help coming up with that... 

I'll write the premise of my character for this RP once I figure out what exactly her 'Ultimate' is.

Unfortunately, it seems like I might need to drop out before we even begin... Due to me moving out, I don't know exactly when I'll be able to access the forums again. Hopefully I'll be able to sooner than I expect, but nevertheless... I might as well not take the chances.

The only requirements is that you have an OC and that he/she is an ultimate of something (i,e the Ultimate detective, the ultimate chef etc..)
