general Do you know Soul Train?

A long time ago, there was this show called Soul Train on T.V. during the 70's. I randomly found reruns of it on a cable channel a few years ago. I fell in love with it! The people, the dancing, the bright lights... the music are all so magical. I collected old dvds of the show and kept them safe for years.

Yeah it's likely a show my grandparents watched back then when my parents were kids! Like my dad was a kid in the 70s as he was born in 1970 while my mom is five years older than him so she was a kid back then to! Anyways I've never seen or heard of the show before but I'm sure my parents faintly remember it from back then if it aired on Australian TV of course!

But seriously, yes, I've seen some Soul Train before -- particularly when Dexter's Laboratory parodied it in the episode Sister's Got A Brand New Bag.

I enjoyed soul train when it aired as reruns back in the 90's when I lived in Michigan.  Didn't they try bringing the show back for a while??  I could've sworn they were?

Yes I indeed do know of soul train o3o 70s funk and everything groovy in that same hemisphere is right in wheelhouse of favorites  I frequently listen to funk everyday when I'm on the treadmill at the YMCA
