movies/tv Dumbest movie you've seen

I'm not sure I can pick just one.

A big one is Dragon Wars. Bad acting, bad special effects, bad pacing, city people just accepting that they're reincarnations of ancient, mythical Korean heroes, villain (who is hardly developed at all beyond "he's the servant of the evil dragon") is basically a power ranger; stupid costume, sword that glows and transforms, and if he waves it around in random ways, things around him explode.

And the concept is just so "wat?" inducing. A reporter who is the reincarnation of an ancient Korean hero has to find a girl who is the reincarnation of an ancient Korean hero whose body contains the soul of an ancient Korean dragon which they have to give to an ancient Korean giant snake so it can ascend to heaven. But an evil ancient Korean giant snake also knows about it and sends an ancient Korean power ranger and an army of ancient Korean lizard people with ancient Korean rocket launchers to attack New York and get the chick and her ancient Korean dragon soul first.

Seriously, what the fuck?

And we can't forget The Village. Worst plot twist ever. M knight shamalamadingdong used to be awesome. Sixth Sense and Unbrekable were and still are awesome.

I didn't know there was a human centipede 2. I'll have to watch that. The first was hilariously bad.

For me, the worst movie I've ever seen was Killer Tomatoes Eat France. The whole series is pretty bad, but that one was just trying too hard. If it weren't trying to be cheap as hell and was, instead, actually cheap as hell, it would have been better.

The worst movie I've ever seen:

The Star Wars Christmas Special

Dear Celestia, where did you see it? I've been searching!

Birdemic, the worst movie I've ever seen. I'm just kinda hoping this guy made this to be the worst movie ever released.

From what I've heard, he was 100% serious with that move. And there's a rumored sequel.

and The Stupids

Shut up, The Stupids was amazing. :P Edited by AJHunter

Try youtube. I saw it in Physics class because my AP Physics teacher has a video casset of it.

I apologize for any inconvenience but for the time being my MLP stop motion project is on hold.

I want to say Twilight... but then there's The Last Airbender. The series was great, but the movie, ugh. The actors were probably chosen more for looking like the characters than their ability to act like them. Movie Sokka was not funny at all, and everyone else was just about as emotionless. They cut out some good stuff too, like Aang with the moon spirit's power and wiping out a fleet of Fire bender ships. They had that part in the trailer, I saw it (granted, they couldn't fit everything in but C'MON) http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png ! It was just sad to see how they butchered one of my favorite series.

There was this movie that came out a few years ago that had an angel come down and possess humans. I forget what it was called... But it was so ridiculous. I don't know if it was intentionally that way, or if it was actually taking itself seriously. Either way, my friends and I found it hilarious. It was really stupid, but I would say it was worth watching just for the fact that it was funny.

OH WAIT, I got another one! It's more 'dumb' in a funny ha-ha way though.

Tron. I'm talking about the original one that came out before this century. It's just so funny for some reason, I mean look at this:

He is THE GRAND POO-BAH OF NIPPLE-HANDS. I watched that with classmates and no one could stop laughing. I mean no one.

"Dr. Giggles" is bar none the WORST movie I have ever seen. Stupid villain, poorly acted, and terribly written.

When she kills him in the end she stabs him twice and says "take two, don't call me in the morning."

It's truly, truly, terrible.

Umm... Well, Twilight was ridiculous. I mean, I found that the books were OK.. But the movie... Oh godz :D The acting just... Oh no no no.

Too much glitter, too. Not at all what I imagined.

Worst movie I've ever seen? Eragon.

But I believe this is about the Dumbest movie. And I'd put all Epic Movies, Scary Movies, all the from the same producers/actors/directors/genre. The humor in them is just pure DUMB. XD

I'd say Baby Geniuses, definately. I hated that movie. I had to watch it with some kids I was looking after, and I was looking for the highest place in the house I could jump off the whole time.

The Last Airbender. I was SO disgusted by it that I literally was unable to get through the first 5 minutes. I was too much like WTF IS THIS BLASPHEMY. I tried. I REALLY did. I even went back and tried a second time to get through the first 10 minutes. I got to 8 minutes and got even madder. I even flipped a table. It was a TV dinner table, but hey it STILL counts. That was some BAD movie right there, and still stands today as the ONLY movie EVER that I didn't bother watching the last 100 minutes of. I've given bad SyFy channel movies more time than that. And that's saying something.

Dead Snow.

That isn't to say that the movie was bad, just incredibly dumb. From what I picked up there was Nazi zombies and random tainted gold and the next thing I know everyone's dying and the fat guy is having his head torn apart.

And who can forget such timeless classics as Spy Kids: 4-D and G-force. Part of my soul shrivelled and died whilst I watched those two movies. I mean at least Dead Snow had awesome fight scenes and zombies. Guinea pigs and smell-o-vision just don't equal good movies.

I agree. I'm a big Avatar (TV show) fan and loved the series. I passed at the opportunity to watch it when my parents rented it from Redbox (At least $1 was wasted, not $30+ at the theater!) But my family just loved it!

I think the worst movies are Barnyard, The Clone Wars, any Syfy channel movie, Shrek 3, Spy Kids 3D (haven't seen the 4th)

Barnyard I was made to watch in theaters on my birthday. Ugh, bad story, bad voicing, bad everything!

The Clone Wars was even worse, before the movie, I was a Clonetard (an idiot who uses improper grammar on purpose, sharpies lego clone troopers, etc), after that, I quit liking Star Wars. The TV show was just as bad. Also made to watch The Clone Wars for my birthday. :(

Bad movies always come out on my birthday. :(

*searches topic to see if anyone has mentioned Jumper yet*

*Jumper not found*

*rushes to post Jumper*

From the whack plot that has a gaping hole and ends on a cliffhanger, to Hayden Christiansen's abomination of an acting job, Jumper is by all accounts terrible.

Mystery Men.

So bad, even the dvd box can't give it praise without being sued for false advertising. Seriously. You know how every dvd has some bs review giving it praise? Yeah, not this trash heap. There is nothing good about it. About as bad as baby geniuses but thats been said.

Worst movie I've ever seen? Eragon.

Oh god, I was so pissed at that movie. I was so hyped to see it, my friends and I saw the very first showing in our area (don't remember if it had a midnight release). It came out on my birthday, so that was my present.

Sucked balls. Giant ones. And then it swallowed them, choked on them, died, came back to life, and choked on them again.

Worst fucking birthday ever :(

Now, I'm probably going to get hated on for this, but I actually liked the star wars prequel trilogy. It's not as good as the original, but it's nice when I want to see some straight, Jedi oriented violence. Sometimes, I just want a movie to play in the background while I do something else. I don't have the multitasking abilities to watch something with character development and decent storytelling, I just want to see some dudes pull out some lightsabers and destroy stuff. Prequel trilogy fits that quite nicely.
