What was the first thing you shouted when the cmc got their marks

What did you shout when the Cmc got their cutie marks for me it was "YES THEY GOT THEIR MARKS" (and I liked Diamond Tiara now but thats beside the point)

Well time for a confession. So, I watched Crusaders of the Lost Mark on break at work, and only got to the part where Diamond Tiara is about to sing her reprise after standing up to Spoiled before I had to clock back in. I paused the video and closed the tab....I was furious! How dare they get rid of the best antagonist for the CMC! This is worst and laziest decision to ever make when reforming an anatogist out of blue like this! All throughout the rest of my shift my mind was just swirling in my mind of how such a decision was going to be the death of CMC episodes and who's going to anatognize them now when getting they're cutie marks. I finished my shift and began to drive home still worked up that this happened, I was prepared to declare it the worst episode ever! 

So I parked my car in the lot and decided to watch the last five minutes just to watch it. So I watched DT's Reprise and then IT happened and I could only whisper "that....was genius" Have the anatognist that brought them together, started their mission to be CMC be the sole reason they discover their talent. In those final moments Diamond Tiara,my third favorite character, just helped my favorite character, Sweetie Belle, find her destiny! I couldn't have been happier. I was tearing up throughtout the entire ending resprise and after it ended I legitimately sat in my car and cried tears of joy for a good five minutes. This episode took all that hatred I had toward it and justified a fitting conclusion to some of my favorite characters. To this day I still can't watch this episode without tearing up, it's my favorite episode of the show for a reason and it's only because of that unique experience I had watching it.

Thanks, but that was a one in a million reaction that could have happened. Without that three hour break in between watching each part of the episode or the attachment I had previously to two its characters I don't know if my feelings would have been so strong. Still it's why I'm never disappointed to hear someone didn't like the episode or didn't feel all that strongly because I know they are never going to feel what I felt and I understand the permanent bias I have now to the episode.

Yeah... I wasn't a huge fan of the CMC's all getting theirs at the same time... it's warmed to me since, but I would've preferred them to get them individually just so we could see who got theirs first and secondly how it would affect their relationship as friends. Too bad that can't happen now.

You DO know that there could only be one outcome. It's impossible to please everyone.

Some of the possible outcomes were already shown in Apple Bloom's nightmare in Season 5's "Bloom and Gloom". Either go watch that again or go find some fan fiction where they do each theirs individually.

I might have been a bit too excited when I saw it happening. I was staring intensely at my screen while saying aloud to myself, "Are they going to do it? Is this actually happening? YES. YES IT IS. THEY DID IT. THEY FINALLY DID IT." It was without a doubt one of my favorite episodes.

I'm sure I was happy or excited, but while there are big events in my life that I can remember small details like that, the CMC’s getting their cutie marks isn’t one of them.

Something along the lines of "wait, what's going on? Wait, is this actually happening? Oh my god! Whoa!" 

Season 5 was a point where there wasn't much new left to learn about the characters, and the show didn't seem particularly interested in making interesting changes up to that point. "Canterlot Boutique" was definitely a step in the right direction, but I still didn't expect the CMC to gain their cutie marks so soon. It blew my mind.

They do not, but they are shown in different ways. By the way, I'm not as much of a fan of the CMC episodes, but disappear... I do not think they do.
