bronie4lyphe 11 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 My Favourite Mane 6 Pony twilight-sparkle How did you find MLP Forums? Introduced by a friend, a very good friend. A great friend. The bestest friend. How you became a fan of My Little Pony I'm not, I like anime tho. I want to start the series but have nowhere to start. I like anime, should I watch it if I like anime? Is there a specific way to start the show?
luftschloss 831 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 I honestly recommend starting from the first episode, even if it is a bit cheesy. There's a lot of important information you'll miss if you start in the middle like I did. 2 gamer - bookworm - unhealthy obsession with alpacas
Wannabrony 11,640 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 Hello bronie4lyphe, I see you're not a brony yet but if you wish to try out the series for yourself, I think starting from the beginning would be nice as it explains much of the things that you won't understand later on. (Trust me, I accidentally started in season 6) So if you want to, watch the series and come and get to know the community, you might find that we're quite nice! 1 Ask me something! cuteycindyhoney 13,307 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 Start with season 01, episode 01. You'll get important background info that way. 1 Thank you Sparklefan1234!!!

Nightfall Gloam 18,260 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 Welcome to MLP Forums, brony4lyphe, I hope you enjoy your stay here! I would highly recommend starting from season 1, episode 1. Trust me, certain spoiler-y things I won't mention will make more sense that way. How are you? 2 Aspiring animator/illustrator, founder of MLPF's Lighthoof and Shimmy Shake fan club! ShadOBabe 18,997 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 Start with episode one and just watch in order. It’s good but the real charm of the show kicks into high gear in season two and just keeps going. But you need season one to get some important lore stuff in. 2 Check out my artwork any time: http://shadobabe.deviantart.com/ "OMG; You are such a troll. Drunkfrank 1,125 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 Starting from the beginning is the best, but the show just gets better and better as the seasons go.
The MegaBrony 219 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 (edited) Start with the pilot, watch the slice-of-life episodes in any order, and avoid all Spike episodes and post-S1 premieres and finales (except S2's finale), for Spike episodes aren't very good and the premieres and finales are both extremely predictable and get old real fast. I think S4's finale was pretty good tbh. “I am quite sure now that often, very often, in matters concerning religion and politics a man’s reasoning powers are not above the monkey’s.” — Mark Twain
Prospekt 11,018 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 Welcome to the forums. May I ask what sort of anime you like? Do know that MLP starts kind of like a magical girl show in the two-part first episode, but deviates from that in most other episodes apart from the two-parters. In the early seasons, it's a lot of slice-of-life around Ponyville, with a loose arc here and there. Glad you're starting from the beginning, because my first episode was in Season 4 and while I really enjoyed it, I wasn't up to speed with a lot of the lore. There's actually some pretty cool world building in this series. And after you finish the 3rd season--and only then, because trust me, right now you won't understand much, not to mention stuff will get spoiled--you should give the Equestria Girls movie a try. It's a bit divisive, but maybe you will enjoy it. Basically, it's got human versions of the main pony cast. 1 Signature by Kyoshi
kinda deleted 224 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 WHAT are you doing here? Watch season 1, episode 1. Don’t be here if your new to MLP. STOP TALKING ABOUT ANIMÉ. You keep mentioning it.

Or maybe let them form their own opinions lol and it's not like the most important plot stuff is in those episodes or anything for a megabrony, you sure do hate a lot of mlp Edited December 31, 2017 by memelicious
Deae Rising Shine~ 55,511 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 Yeah, start from beginning to end, you might not like all episodes, but that's to expect by a show with over 150 Episodes by now XD Legends never die. Rikifive 24,190 December 31, 2017 Share December 31, 2017 Hello! Yeah, it's best to start from the beginning. Even though the episodes may look like in a random order, they actually have some impact on the future ones. Welcome to the herd! Playing Genshin Impact?
