Just had a random thought, is one of the reasons of Discord's chaos, he sometimes teaches lessons that need to learn? He just gets carried away sometimes, and needs to be reminded from time to time. Cause I have seen even Celestia enjoys his chaos like at the Gala and Spike likes it on Guys Night.

Also, at least he's not as bad as Tirek and Storm King, at least he's not like them.

 Princess Celestia had Sludge's picture posted at the Equestrian border so that the guard on duty will know Sludge isn't welcome in Equestria.
