Banana sweets. They have some powdery substance inside them that makes me cough but they sure are tasty anyways! I've nicknamed them cough bananas.

This might sound weird but, I'm eating my own vegetableless take on Taco Salad, that is far from being authentic. Tortilla chips, chunks of sharp cheddar cheese, taco sauce, tuna, put in microwave to melt cheese and warm sauce, then add sour cream xD
