For continued income, I would start keeping bees and use the honey to start a meadery. I make a melomel with black cherries that I believe would be a major commercial success. Sadly the barriers to entry are too high for me atm. Would probably also have some horses and atvs which I would use spending my time off exploring the woods and mountains.
