Could a human woman style her hair like Rarity?

Much like human Rarity, do you think it would be possible for a human female to style her hair just like Rarity?

The closest I've seen to that is this:

If that's what you're thinking, then yes. You can do that with a flatiron. If you're thinking of the way they actually draw it, as a mohawk where the entire body of hair is one big flat curl... not likely.

Rarity's hair defies physics. Look at cosplay pics. Nobody can get it exactly right.

You could try, but I doubt anyone could pull it off exactly.

Could they?  Sure.  I've seen lots of gravity defying hairstyles at anime conventions and such.  Lots of Super Saiyans out there.  But it would look very unnatural.
