Much like human Rarity, do you think it would be possible for a human female to style her hair just like Rarity?

The closest I've seen to that is this:

If that's what you're thinking, then yes. You can do that with a flatiron. If you're thinking of the way they actually draw it, as a mohawk where the entire body of hair is one big flat curl... not likely.

Could they?  Sure.  I've seen lots of gravity defying hairstyles at anime conventions and such.  Lots of Super Saiyans out there.  But it would look very unnatural.

If you look at certain fashion shows, you’ll see some straight up crazy hairstyles. If someone has enough hair and the right products, i’m sure Rarity’s hairstyle could be achieved.
