Can psychiatrists be unhappy for you? I mean they are supposed to help you, not to judge you.

Well, but they are trying to help you, giving you tips on what you can do and it doesn't make it easier for them if you ignore everything they suggest you :P

I never listened to my psychiatrist, just took my pills and that was it. He never hated me, not even when I Told him he was useless and made me waste my time and never came back. I don't think he hates me

Not, that wasn't what I implied. I've not really listened to my psychologist and kind of felt bad for it, being nervous when I went to visit her again. They are not supposed to be angry, disappointed at you, or even hate you^^ They are there to help you so it seems irrational to feel nervous or even anxious but well, the human mind is weird :o

Feeling halfway between meh and okay.  I kinda forgot its the 1 year anniversary of when a good friend of mine passed away until I saw my friends on twitter talking about it.  Work will probably actually be a welcome distraction tonight.

I feel hurt, angry and sad... I don't understand what I did wrong and why people seem to be mad me all the time  :(

Hope you feel better soon enough :(.... don't try to hold past things against yourself the here and now matters most. Those people who can't forgive they have their own problems... sorry your not feeling well either.

I'm not a medical expert, psychologist, psychiatrist, teacher or love doctor. Take my words with a pinch of salt, yeah?

 

I am an experienced cook, musician and care worker though, so that's something.

Wondering if I should speak to a friend on here who I haven't heard from for a while and I miss very much :(

I would definitely speak to a friend who I had not heard from in a while! I say go for it. :)

 

Edit for OP: Feeling alright at the moment, trying to get my circadian rhythm back on track since I've been waking up at 3:00 in the afternoon lately XD

Might I suggest the natural supplement Melatonin?

 

 

 

What am I feeling right now?  Well, there is a couch underneath me that I can feel running from my knees to my scapulae whilst my feet rest upon a nearby chair.
