Overall, I could definitely be feeling a lot better.

 

Found out my grandma, who's recovering from back surgery, fell in the shower and fractured her spine. She's going to recover fine, but it's hard seeing her in so much pain and frustration.

Thanks so much - that was very nice and made me feel good. I didn't see the post until just now.

 

I feel much better. Yesterday morning, I did a nice driving tour of LA before getting on the plane. 

 

I haven't hear anything yet, but have been doing some ground promotion plans. I have a commercial audition to do tonight from home, so hopefully I can book that, something, anything at this point. I've been swinging and missing with the new agent - I've only been signed a month, but I want to book to make her some money (and me of course) and keep the momentum high.

So - no news with the big audition: usually there isn't right away, as they were auditioning people yesterday too. I'm guessing within a week or so I'll bug agent to ask casting director for feedback. Otherwise it's hurry up and wait.
