Pretty sore from yesterday. It's 7:20 am and I've been up for about an hour and a half now. I'm supposed to clean my house today, but I can't promise it'll be done. I played volleyball and horseshoes, ate barbecue and all sorts of stuff yesterday with some of my coworkers and I really ran my body harder than I have since I was 17. And I'm carrying around the gut I got after 4 years in college.

 

One of my buddies said ice baths help with post-workout soreness. I didn't have ice, but I did take a cold bath last night. I don't feel super sore, but my joints do ache a bit. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea if I drank some water this morning...

 

Emotionally, I'm feeling alright. Can't complain. It's still too early to really know for sure how I feel I guess you could say I'm pretty chill at the moment. :3

Completely torn into shreds. My dog passed away, and he was so important to me. I really feel like my life is over right now... I wish I could say I'm being melodramatic, but he really is just that important to me. The one aspect that keep me happy in my post-high school life.

 

I'm so happy that I got to have him and love him. He was truthfully one of a kind... I'm so thankful to him for letting me being a part of his life...
