Feeling uneasy. Had a bad night, couldn't sleep well, got about 2 hours of sleep and now I can't get back to sleep. IT was a night of anxiety, basically. I am hoping things chill out today.

Well, after a bit of putting myself down, I've improved my mood to depressed and lonely.
