general What do you carry your stuff in?

Just curious about how you carry your basic everyday essentials from place to place when you set out on your daily routine. Some people carry a purse, backpack, fanny pack, wallet or just plain ol’ pockets. What do you use, and do you usually travel light or pack up everything including the kitchen sink?

I like to carry my stuff in my vests, because they have lots of pockets and look really nice with a variety of outfits. But I'm bulging too much to wear them at the moment so I have to stick with the old tried-and-true purse.

Usually in my pockets or in my hands if the item can't fit in my pocket.

I like my purse and my backpack (for college and ensembles). I haven't been out in forever due to the pandemic, though. I do like to keep my phone on me whenever I'm in around the house since I have important calls that could come and my phone is messed up and doesn't have voice mail, so for that I actually have dresses with pockets. I got several over the last year. They're wonderful.

Just my pockets though if I’ll be outside for awhile and it’s hot out I’ll bring a small bag to keep my water bottle in. I do wish girls’ clothes had bigger pockets . No I don’t want to spend a ton of money on a purse!

My basic everyday essentials are: wallet, keys, phone. And I carry these in the pocket of my pants or jacket.

For my work I've got additional essentials like Laptop, folders etc. I exclude these because the OP wrote "basic everyday essentials"

I just use the pockets really, phone and wallet the occasional pocket knife. If I had to carry something more I would bring along a backpack such as for travelling or hiking but that isn't everyday. Would carry a backpack and laptop bag for school.

I carry stuff in large pockets. I sometimes wear a loose-fitting tunic over my regular clothes and it has very large pockets as well as a few extra ones that I added myself. On the rare occasion i need to carry anything bulky I like to wear a sling pack, which fits over the shoulder and can fit a ton of stuff. 

I also have a belt holder for my tactical baton, but I stick most of it in my pocket to keep it discreet.

I carry my stuff in my wallet and pockets. Backpacks are not permitted everywhere for security reasons and they are also unnecessary when all you have is a few items to carry with you. Also, it would look weird if I went places carrying a purse because I'm a guy.

I'll usually use a small-ish rucksack, and use my (already useless AF jogger pockets) for my mobile usually,

as for when I start passing while wearing feminine clothing, I'll probably use a small handbag for everyday carry, as well as using a rucksack for bigger things (as I am quite weak and I don't have a car to put things in)

I carry stuff in my vest pockets when I’m, able to wear a vest, or purse on most occasions. I prefer to travel light as much as possible but I always end up carrying stuff for myself as well as others and that often takes up too much space for pockets alone.
