    How would Twilight Sparkles be affected by the One ring to rule them all

would Twilight be  far worse Than Sauron and conquer equestria

It’s a curious question really.

In regards to the rings of power I feel she would be on par with the elves. As soon as they put on the rings they realized what Sauron was doing and quickly took them off. 

The one ring is where it gets tricky. It’s not like the rings of power where the elves realized the danger, the humans turned into Nazgul and the Dwarves fell to greed. From Gandalf, Boromir, Bilbo and Galadriel each showcased in their own way within minutes of being near the ring to being affected negatively by it. As soon as Boromir laid his eyes on it he wanted to take it for himself and it caused him to briefly turn on Frodo to try to take it for himself. While Bilbo held onto the ring for a long time he clearly had trouble leaving it behind, accused Gandalf of trying to take it for himself and even freaked when he saw Frodo wearing it. However this reaction is most likely also due to the fact that he had the thing for so many years. The longer your with the ring the further it corrupts you. We all remember how Galadriel acted when Frodo offered her the ring. Scary stuff right there.

That being said I think out of all of the Mane six Twilight would fair the best as “Frodo“ and successfully destroying the ring while fighting off its corruption and desire to be “found”.

Now if she were to be corrupted by it I see her becoming equivalent to what Galadriel yelled about in the woods after Frodo freely offered her the ring, Powerful magical evil queen sort of thing. Definitely don’t see her turning into a Gollum. 

Now for her “Sam.” Sam is loyal,kind and brave when he has to be. Sam doesn’t realize how amazing of a person he really is and just how big of a role he played in Frodo’s entire journey. Sam encompasses a lot of traits that each of the rest of the mane 6 have so I could see the argument being made in any of their favor to be Sam. I personally would pick Applejack to be her Sam but the argument could be made in favor of any of them playing Sam’s role. Since there’s also the debate on who of the rest of the mane six could be around the ring without becoming corrupted.

Hobbits overall minus Gollum(he was a Stoor Hobbit) and the poor soul he killed for the ring, they tend to fair the best being around the ring.

Instead of an individual character discussion it could turn into a which pony race would most likely fair the best. Who would be equivalent to the hobbits. 

The Hobbits represent small, humble, ordinary people. They don't lust for power or fame, or aspire to do great deeds. They were mostly countryside farmers and lived simple lives. Hobbits shown a disinterest for power. Which is why out of everyone they faired better than anyone.

If the case is it’s by pony race then going by that my pick would be earth ponies being equivalent to hobbits with AJ carrying the ring and Pinkie being her Sam. If anyone lives a life closest to the hobbits of the shire it’s AJ.

It had been [Sauron's] virtue (and therefore also the cause of his fall, and of his relapse) that he loved order and coordination, and disliked all confusion and wasteful friction. (It was the apparent will and power of Melkor to affect his designs quickly and masterfully that had first attracted Sauron to him.)

Sauron does love Order and Coordination and did hate chaos and confusion

That is quite an interesting comparison. I could definitely see her being the most dangerous out of all of mane six if she did fall to the one rings corruption. She’s quite powerful as is. One could only imagine how powerful she’d become with the one ring in her possession. I could definitely see her being more powerful than Sauron if it turned her.

  Twilight Might still believe in friendship but it would be very Twisted and Distorted  and would be The Princess of Destruction and Twilight might look like something like this Design

The Mane Six were all successfully corrupted by Discord, it's not unfeasible that they wouldn't be able to resist the corrupting influence of the one ring either.
