Izzy has the word "Moon" in her name and is silly like Pinkie, the rest writes itself.

Very cool sigs! They both tell stories which is always a huge plus in art!  Not to mention, Luna and Celestia’s stories are the most powerful out of the series, at least in my opinion

Izzy Moonbow is basically "MoonPie's" child. You can't tell me the "Moon" in her name plus her Pinkie-like personality weren't intentional.
