That's right. Rabbits need their own thread. :D

 

Talk about rabbits! ...and hares.

Rabbits as pets that is. Please refrain from mentioning them as dinner and lucky objects.

I'm assuming you named him Peter because of Feld0. If that's not why, then it seem that you consider re-naming him.

When i was much younger i had a rabbit. I hate to say it but i was a terrible rabbit owner back then >_> Don't remember what happened to it either... Anyway now i prefer to just look at rabbits ;) Love the variety of them.

Oh man. This brings back memories.

 

When I was a kid, I used to have this fluffy white rabbit.

We had him for like 3 or 4 years, until one day he got loose and ran away.

It was so sad and we couldn't get a new one...

 

Now considering getting a new one.

Depends. I own five rabbits (I think you can see another one in the background). They all behave differently.

 

Some are lazy, some are hyper. My first rabbit was bought when it was very young, so it grew up very friendly. When you buy an older one they usually don't give a damn about you. :wacko:

Especially if they have a mate :P

 

I'd say most of mine are pretty energetic. They hop around occasionally which is really cute. :wub:
