As she and @Trixie entered the balloon, the duo commentators had a head start to be ahead of the competition. That way, they would be able to get a good bird's eye view of the racer's, while providing live commentary as they went. Levitating the microphone she found in the balloon basket, she coughed a few times to get her voice to be loud and clear. "Welcome fillies, gentlcolts and racing enthusiasts! I'm your host Starlight Glimmer and with me I have the master of magic, the mare extraordinaire! I give you the one, the only, The Great and Powerful Trixie~!" Starlight exclaimed, making sure to roll her tongue at the emphasis of Trixie's name. Recalling the numerous times her best friend presented herself when assisting her in their magic acts. "Today is a special day indeed, our lovely audience! For you see, today is annual Running of the Leaves! You know, Trix. Even though the name itself is called The Running of the Leaves. Pinkie Pie had mentioned once that the leaves don't do the actual running. This is left by My Little Ponies." She started, looking slightly over the basket to see the runners.

"Number 20 is way out in front! Look at her go! Her name is...Chatterbox. It looks like she's going to be some tough competition." Starlight stated, looking at the list to see which contestant was what number. "But what's this? Contestant number 2...Moonlight, is slowly on Chatterbox's tail. It looks like we've got some determined racer's this year!" She grinned as she was enjoying the event. Looking further back, the unicorn winced slightly as she saw both @Sir Hugsalot and @Ice Princess Silky <3 had taken tripped over their hooves. Vibrant landing in a bush, while Silky had tripped and slid on the ground. "That look like that hurt. I sure hope that contestants 6 and 5 are okay. That looked like a nasty spill they just had." She winced, before noticing @Shiny Silvermoon had went back to help them up. "What's this? Contestant number 1...Shiny, has gone back to make sure that Silky and Vibrant are okay." She explained, smiling softly at the action being displayed. "Even though this is a race and for leaves to be knocked down. It truly warms my heart at the spirit of good sportsmanship. I hope you're watching this folks as I think a round of applause is in order." Starlight smiled, clapping her hooves together to add her own applause to the potential crowd of applause.

It made positioning him all the more valuable when I managed to get the knockout's that I was looking for. It's why I coined the team as Gravity Blades." Dynamo explained, tilting his head in confusion at the mention of the other Pokemon Samurai had mentioned. It took him a moment, before gasping in realization. "Oh! You mean Charmander? I usually don't call some of them by their Japonies name, but for others I do. Lizardon, or Charizard sounds really cool. Even others like Ninetales, or Kyukon, sound really cool."

Looking at the racers to double check if any questions were to be asked, he noticed that everyone were either stretching, right at the starting line and were ready to go. With a nod, he levitated a green flag over towards him. "Now I want a fair and fun race, from everypony. Good luck to you all and remember to have fun!" Dynamo exclaimed, raising the flag in preparation to begin the race as a determined expression was present upon his face.

"Now, then. ON YOUR MARK!"

"GET SET!"

...

There was a momentary of silence. So silent that you could almost hear a pin drop. Widening his eyes slightly, the moment came as he brought the green flag downwards.

"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Dynamo exclaimed, waving the flag to signal the racers that they could start as The Running of the Leaves has truly begun!

"Charmander? ...Oh! I get it! I see the naming pattern. Strange that some Pokemon have name changes, yet others do not." Samurai says before taking his place.

Samurai leans in near the starting line, waiting for the cue. And then, the race begins!!

...But instead of running, Samurai stands upright and begins to do a very dramatic walk while singing to himself.

With his number in place, Silver gets ready as Dynamo comes forward and raised his flag. While he knew that a lot of the ponies here were going to be competing to win, the kirin decided to keep an even pace and just enjoy the experience.

Once the flag dropped, Silver took off after the other racers. He wanted to help knock leaves down, but wasn't concerned about the amount of steps he took as much.

So he braced himself. He was so ready. He will be 1st. He already sees them going, hoof to hoof with him being on the lead in his head

He trips over his own hooves and falls into leaves, becoming completely buried by them, landing in glorious, last place in the race, with even @Shiny Silvermoon's peaceful little trot being faster.

A mischievous smirk would touch the corner of Silky's lips as she's narrow her eyes with that competitive gleam in them that only Vibrant would know. She'd look forward with determination and charge forward full force. 

Resisting the temptation to spread her wings and glide, she'd suddenly notice that the galloping sounds we no longer behind her as a sudden crashing of leaves were head. Silky would look back and suddenly notice that her partner had tripped and crashed into the leaves -- the sight of hi cockiness crumbling so soon was so abnormal for her to witness that it caused her to follow in shortly afterward as she'd trip over her own pink hooves and tumble forward ina pink and purple ball of fuzz and feathers! "MEEEEEP!" Ahhhhhhhh 

Samurai notices Silky and Vibrant, thinking they make for a cute couple. But when Vibrant and Silky trip, it makes him abandon the walking in favor of running over to them. Soon, he is offering them a hoof. "Oi! Choto... Are you both okay? Need any help?"

[Tree Song]

Dynamo started the race, and Tree Song started running. She didn't try to be very fast, but instead she closed her eyes and tried to attune to the surrounding nature. This triggered her special talent and she started hearing the signals from nearby trees. At this time of year, they really needed to get rid of their leaves, and they asked her for help in this regard. Hearing that, Tree Song tried to run in a way that makes as many leaves as possible fall from the trees. She didn't want to win the race, she only wanted to help the trees.

@Rethajni I LOVE it...but, not to say I don't like the animation I was given, it's just that it was supposed to be based on this ponytown design (without plushie) with the cutie mark of the drawing 

It's my fault for not specifying, you can get rid of access stuff if needed, but the markings and bracelets are a key component they're too beautiful

Samurai waves as Tree Song passes, wishing her luck as well. However, seeing her in action inspires Samurai. "Hmm... I can do that!" And so, he focuses more of his attention on ramming into trees rather than racing, helping to knock out as many leaves as possible, while also doing his best not to damage said trees.

Samurai was about to offer Saturn some help, but she seems to be fine enough. Still, never hurts to check. As soon as he is able to catch up, he approaches. "Excuse me, I saw everything. Is everypony okay? Anything I can do to help?"

Samurai sighs with relief knowing that Silky and Vibrant are okay. He allows them to be and just continues on his way, purposefully not even trying to race, just here to help nature out and to help any ponies in need.
