She told me all about her friends and this pegasus she seems to adore, aside from the alicorn that adopted her."she helped Silver with her number and set it on the side of her hoodie as Silver helped her with her Number

I'm trying to wrap my head around that. Princess Luna has nothing to do with that? I look down, trying to make sense of that. Hmm, well, Princess Luna did survive a thousand years in the moon after being banished there by Princess Celestia, so... maybe the moon can do things on its own. I look back to Shiny Silvermoon and nod.

"Ya know, I know Princess Luna. I know all the royalty from around the world. I've been to a few Princess summits in my 7 years here in Ponyville. I could put in a good word for you."

"I appreciate your thoughtfulness, but I do have wings. I usually catch myself by fluttering them. And hey, who knows, maybe Princess Luna will come to watch the Running of the Leaves. I did tell her I was gonna sign up this year. She may come to see me if she isn't too tired from ruling over the night. But if not, then I will definitely see her in my dreams at some point. I could tell her about you and that you'd like to meet her. She visits me sometimes so we can talk without either of us having to travel. I love Princess Luna, too, but I think I'm more attached to Princess Celestia. I dunno what it is, but I just find myself drawn to her more. Though, out of the Elements of Harmony, Rainbow Dash and Applejack are the ones I find myself liking more. I love to spend time with them." I shake my head fast.

She promptly answered, offering a hoof to shake as he waved to some other participants. Seemed the others are already acquainted with each other. She couldn't help trying to peek at the list as well to see her number...

 

"I didn't expect to see so many ponies here... It's as crowded as Canterlot on a weekend. Is this unusual around here?"

Upon learning of her name, Dynamo gave a kind smile and nod. "It's nice to meet you, Azure. I also see that you're on the list, so I shall get you a number right away." Checking off Azure's name, the gaming unicorn leaned over his desk as he levitated a number for the Canterlot Pegasus to take. "There you are. You're number 77. Apparently, the committee wanted to use random numbers, so it might be randomly high or randomly low. That will be one free hug. If that's okay, of course. One thing that you'll learn from me is that I love hugs." He explained, accepting her hoofshake.

Looking around with her at the crowd of ponies, Dynamo couldn't help in chuckling with a smile. "That's one thing that you'll learn about Ponyville. It might look like a small village, but it gets pretty bustling and crowded out of nowhere. This is honestly a normal occurrence every now and then. I've visited Canterlot here and there, but mostly for a tournament."

As the day began a fluffy smallish mare appears, she seems shy but at least showed up, yet despite her shy demeanor she seems quite approachable has one eye us completely engulfed in silvery white mane.
