Well the facial expression and the body is completely fine.

 

Just the front and back of her mane seems a bit screwy.

 

Other then that, it's good.

The only problem I see is the mane. It looks a bit messy. I'll give it a 9.5/10.

I like it :D Chigens is right, though. The back of the mane could be better but the rest is awesome ;)

You have a well done facial expression right there, it's actually fun to look at. The colors stand out and it's a nice piece that could be used for an avatar or something similar.

 

As Constructive Criticism, the front should be a bit more curved inwards to help shape the hair around the head, OR, leave the end point as is and curve it downwards into the hair; a bit more personality? And the back of the mane doesn't feel very connected together, like someone put ornaments in her hair.

Practice makes perfect; but if nobody's perfect, why practice?

Agree with everyone above, good except the mane is a little rough. But since it's Lyra, she still gets a 11/10.
