10:35 is basically the part you need to hear. If you don't know at least that much, you haven't spent enough time on the internet, in which case, I welcome you lol

Why must reminiscence theme be so sad? ;~;

To make us feel for the characters. Each of these themes are tied to characters memories. More specifically, the tragic ones.

True Evening of Grief=Maya
The Light and Shadow at the Film Studio=Dee Vasquez
Classroom Trial=Phoenix Wright
DL-6 Case=Miles Edgeworth
SL-9 Case=Ema,Lana,Gant,Marshall,Goodman,and Angel
The Fire Carves Scars=Ini Miney
True Pain=Acro
Steel Samurai Ballad=Adrian Andrews
I Blame You=Viola
Shadow on the Dusky Bridge=Terry Fawles
The Bitter Taste of Truth=Godot
A Hurt Fox=Wocky Kitaki
Forgotten Legend=Phoenix Wright
A Fate Smeared by Tricks and Gadgets=Phoenix Wright
False Relations=Lauren Paups
KG-8 Case=Everyone who was affected by it
Torn Apart Countries=Ambassador Palaeno and Quercus Alba

(I don't care how much they play TAO for Alba,I will not feel sorry for that bastard.)

I know, but still...

Though, the cornered reminiscence theme isn't tragic.

Screw Alba

(Ignore this as well)

You mean this?

If so,then I think it was just labeled wrong.
