I'm still waiting for them to get someone that played on Highlander, you could do all kinds of cool actor allusions with that. Adrian Paul voicing a swordmaster, Peter Wingfield voicing a dark anti-hero type character... 

 

Christopher Lambert would be cool as well due to his distinctive voice.

Weird Al Yankovic. I'm not sure why he hasn't had a guest voice on the show yet, considering Will Anderson started his career working with him (drummer? I forget) before he got into movie/TV scoring. They're still close friends even today.

I'd like to see Andrew WK Tear It Up as a guest star on MLP. He was one of the first celebrity bronies. It'll be a Fun Night, so awesome to see him Party Hard that I'd get Ready to Die from the epicness.

 

Also, Star Trek: Voyager's Robert Picardo expressed interest in MLP, he should give it a go if the writers and legal allow for it.

Marilyn Manson. He could play a very gothic looking pony who does really odd things. The whole town would be wary of him (alla Luna Eclipsed or... um, Zecora's episode). Everpony except Pinkie Pie.
