What did you watch when you were a kid? Include your age if you want, to give us a better idea of when you were a kid.

I'm 20, btw.

Man, I remember my favorite show. Wishbone. Best fucking show ever.

For those who dont know, it was about this dog called Wishbone who would give the condensed, kid version of classic literature. It would switch between him telling the story (of which he played the main character), and some conflict between his owner and some other person, which was usually a sort of modern version of the conflict in whatever book that episode centered on. I learned so much stuff from that show, and it got me interested in reading when I was young.

Another great one, beast wars. Oh my god. That show was awesome. It was transformers that turned into animals instead of vehicles.

Cheator >> all

I have fond memories of Mummies alive. I didn't watch it as much, and I don't remember a lot about it.

I also watched extreme ghostbusters, one of those animated ghostbusters spin offs. I watched a few episodes recently, and I have no idea what my parents were thinking when they let me watch that. I mean, shit. that show was messed up.

Lets see, I'm 17, I remember Rocko's modern life, Rugrats, angry beavers, doug, old spongebob, and recently, Avatar. Good shows. Oddly though, I have been a die hard NASCAR fan all my life, so I grew up on NASCAR racing! (I know, a little redneckish) and I love Baseball too.

Ah, good days! Im 16 right now, and i remember this kids competition show called 'Jungle run' that me and my dad used to watch. Best freakin' show ever. It had a team of kids being forced to work together to win prizes at the end of the oblivously fake jungle. It involved them crawling through tunnels, completing a load of puzzels, climbing ropes and cliff faces (It was clearly a climbing wall and they had harness's on) and then they got things like Playstations and crappy holidays if they won... Does anyone else remember that?

Theres also DBZ, but that never seems old to me for some reason...

I'm 17 now. The shows I can remember watching regularly when I was younger were Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Tom and Jerry and Spiderman.

It might have been a different show, but I remember one that fits that description. Was it on CITV?

The older Spongebob episodes, Sonic, Yi-Gi-Oh (the classic manga is still pretty good), the classic batman cartoon. a good deal of the Hannah Barbra cartoons like Scooby Doo, I subconsciously watched every episode of Foster's home for imaginary but it took until quite recently for me to appreciate them. I also really liked Samurai Jack, but my mother didn't appriciate the amount of violence in the cartoon. Also I enjoyed the classic Mickie Mouse cartoons, and the classic 90's Disney cartoons like Tail Spin and Gargoyles. Also the Land Before Time movie, treestars, earthshakes and all.

Oh and I'm 16, born in 1995.

26 here, and I'm glad to see that I wasn't the only guy that watched Clarissa Explains It All when I was a kid.

Other than that... Fresh Prince of Belaire, Weird Science, Twilight Zone, Mystery Science Theater 3000, Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM version), Happy Days (re-runs - I'm not that old!), and uh... that's about it.

I used to love Scooby doo when I was a kid. There was one episode that always scared the hell out of me, I can't remember what happened in it though. I'm pretty sure I had to change the channel if it came on :(

Me and my Dad would always watch robot wars. Some friends of ours were on it once!

I can't make signatures.

Sooo... yeah

I loved:

Hey Arnold

Pokemon

Digimon

Dexter's Lab

Dragonball Z

Yu-gi-oh

Rugrats

And some animated batman show lol :P ~

Pretty much this, with some Ren and Stimpy, Ed Edd and Eddy, and some good ol' Dragonball Z thrown in.

Not sure if Fairly Oddparents would count, since it's somewhat recent. Kinda.

I would doubt it fits, especially when Fairly Oddparents are from the 2000's

Let's see... nostalgic TV shows.

The oldPokémon anime, for one. Man I loved that.

Some old cartoon called Histeria, which I only vaguely remember. Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain. Ducktales. The Batman animated series. Cubix, which I don't remember all that much.

Classic Simpsons is nostalgic for me too. Kinda painful to watch the later episodes because of how bad they are compared to the '90s episodes. :(

Let's see...there's Mummies Alive, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Tales from the cryptkeeper, Angry Beavers, AH! Real Monsters!, Dexter's lab, Catdog, Reboot, Beast Wars/Beasties, Power Rangers, Yu-gi-oh, Pokemon and Pinky and the Brain to name a few.

I also vaguely remember a Voltron CGI show, though the name escapes me at the moment.

Forgot to mention Samuria Jack, i just had to.

Not only was it a brilliant kids show, it was a brilliant show. It had such great charaters (Like AKU, the main antagonist), brilliant animation, brilliant action scenes, brilliant story, brilliant settings and much more. Just needed to add that...
