I read books, played video games, and watched anime. I really liked playing video games. I never seem to find time, and when I do, it only holds my attention for an hour or two. Darn ponies are flooding my brains.

Youtube, video games and usually some kind of non-fiction book. As of late, I sadly haven't really found a new author to follow in the fiction department.

 

As for television, MLP is really the only thing I see besides the odd documentary or history feature. I don't even watch or trust televised news anymore, especially after going through a broadcast journalism course. I do enjoy watching the ocassional old British comedy via DVD, some of my favourites being Monty Python in general, Fawlty Towers and Mr. Bean.

A long time ago, I was into the CoD commentaries (my favorite commentator to this day being Wings of Redemption. I'm not subbed to any other active commentators at this point). I never really played the games so I just really watched (and still watch in WoR's case) the videos for the commentary.

 

I also had a short phase of watching Pokemon wi-fi battles. It lasted maybe a month if that.

 

Now, I'm watching a lot of anime (and Buffy the Vampire Slayer from time to time) because I have a lot of free time due to graduating high school and being unable to find a job.

I've been into a lot of things, and am still into many of them, to be honest.

 

Animal Crossing/Nintendo, The Sims, and One Piece/anime (although I have never been an anime snob, or even called myself an anime fan) are the three big fandoms you would have found me among before now. And I still am a part of them.

 

TV show-wise it was One Piece. Although I do not love MLP to anywhere near the same extent I loved One Piece at my height of liking it. Although I was never obsessed, Futurama and King of the Hill were also two shows I am really very fond of, and I was into them essentially right before MLP.

 

Obviously, I've always been into music as well. You'd have to go back several years to when I had different favorite instruments, though. Clarinet and french horn used to be my favorite instruments, believe it or not. I just find it fun to note because I used to really be quite obsessed with the clarinet (being that I actually got to play it, unlike the french horn), and even had clarinet usernames and avatars/signatures. lol

You may laugh, but it's true for me. To make a long story short, I used to watch and download tons of porn in my free time. Then I found ponies, and found myself watching MLP and posting about it on various forums and stuff in my free time. I still look a porn, but between MLP and other things, not nearly as much as I used to.

I've been into MLP since I was a toddler(1987-ish). I've always had a special place in my heart for them, even though I didn't care for the show until MLP:FiM came along. I was all about the toys. As for shows I love, I've been obsessed with Avatar: The Last Airbender since the pilot aired. Also, Big Bang Theory and Glee.

What was I into before MLP. Well Video Games, mainly my Xbox. Played litterally all the time, never really stopping. My daily schedule was go to school, come home and play video game for the rest of the day. Usually involved me and my friends on COD or something.

Before it, I watched Avatar: The Last Airbender, 'cause that show was flat out amazing. I also used to take part more in the Pokemon fandom, but I'm kind of disappointed with Pokemon as of late

I was a lot more of a gamer before MLP. I used to play on mah xbox for hours, and stick around youtube. I also watched gameshows more, like wipeout, fear factor, etc.
