Yesterday I finally found a version that works on Windows 8. I've been playing almost non-stop. Such a great game!

Kerbal Space Program.

 

I transferred it over to Steam, made the BCSP* flag, got in, and messed about in the career and science modes. I missed this game, only reason I stopped playing (over a year ago I believe?) was because my computer couldn't run it very well any more. Well, I did some tweaking and managed to get it to run at a playable framerate, so yay!

 

Last time, I couldn't really do much aside from orbit and land on Mun, but I hope to be a bit more ambitious this time around.

I saw this game at Gamestop yesterday among other Warriors games for 360. It's too bad I have very little money or I might have bought it.

I'm playing Killzone: Shadow Fall, which is pretty fun, and Bioshock: Infinite, which is incredibly fun. Oh, and GTA: San Andreas.

Fading Hearts, another visual novel.

 

It seems pretty cool from what I've seen thus far, more choice involved than the last VN I went through (Sakura Spirit, which I loved by the way, and I swear it's not why you might think), which for me, may or may not actually be a good thing. I mean, making choices is a difficult task! What if I choose the wrong one? What if it leads to something I don't want? What if it results in a terrible fate? Gah!

I'm currently playing the beta for Destiny and it promises to be a brilliant game. It does need to be more borderlands than halo though. As of now, it is a dungeon crawler with hardly any loot.

Played some MVC3..........my skills are unfortunately rusty,

Just got Shovel Knight and have been playing that. Only thing I don't like is that the bosses have next to zero tells or a set pattern, so there's almost no way to tell what they're about to do at any given moment. I abused the Phase item like you wouldn't believe just to survive.

Since I started my job I haven't had a lot of gaming oomph yet but I've managed to get some Project X-Zone in. The game seems to be more flash than strategy but the difficulty is slowly ramping up too so it may be too soon to tell.

Which version of SFIV would you recommend getting if I want the most characters/stages/etc without having to get a lot of DLC?

I have the 360 version of SF4AE, but you can get either one, since the roster is the same.  However, if you want, why not pre-order Ultra Street Fighter, which is coming out in a few weeks, .   Its got additional characters, but I'm gonna hold off on it, b/c of Destiny,
