gaming Favorite Pokemon moves?

My favorite Pokemon move is the one you need to use only once... Per battle... With a really buffed out Pokemon.

That would be Razor Leaf from my time playing Ruby alongside my Sceptile.

Same here, except for me it's Hydro Pump with my Blastoise on my LeafGreen GBA game...

Too bad I lost the game cartridge. I miss my Blastoise :(

Though I did seriously love My Lopunny and its Dizzy Punch on my Platinum, too.

Bwahahaha, I'll own anyone...If only my Wi-Fi worked...

Anyway, favorite move(s)?

Swampert's Surf and mud-shot, secondary: Ice-beam and Earthquake...All from Swampert...

As long as that's 3rd Gen, it's all good, surf looked crappy and behaved weirdly after that...Also, Mud-shot went down in power and rarity.

Outrage because it murders all but Steel types, plus ot has the best animation ever in B/W 2.

Earthquake is also infinitely useful, as are Thunderbolt and Hi Jump Kick.

The best moves from legends are Reshiram's Blue Flare and the rarely-seen Psycho Boost imo.

Leaf blade, just because I loved having my Septile(Spelling fail incoming) who was the only pokemon for that generation with leaf blade, plus it always seemed like a cool move. Not because I use it alot or anything just because I like how it looks, And I always liked grass Pokemon alot.

Edited properly. ;)

Anyway, OT I also like the move Bounce, if only because it's Gyarados' only flying type move.

I frequently edit my new posts to fix grammatical errors or to reword stuff, so sorry if I make it look like I'm forging my messages to change the meaning of anyone's replies or something.

Reading the blog below kills more brain cells per minute than smoking:

My favorite move? The bane of my opponents pokemon? The move that brings me to an ultimate victory even when on the edge of defeat!? "MAGIKARP! USE SPLASH!"

The mind of the host will desperately try to create memories where none exist. Simple right?

Movie 1 through 5, 8, and 9 are my personal favorites. My favorite out of those is Pokémon 4Ever because it was THE movie of my childhood. I still love Celebi to this day. Movie 5 gets a special mention for being GORGEOUS and 8 and 9 were both heartbreakingly sad D':

I think you misread the thread name. The only Pokemon Movies I've seen are Mewtwo Strikes Back and Destiny Deoxys, by the way. I've heard that they're generally much better than the anime in every respect; would you say that's the case? I don't really remember much from the ones I've seen.

You're likely referring to the change in Surf's double battle mechanics; more specifically, in Gen III it would only hit opposing Pokemon, but from Gen IV on, it acts as an area-of-effect move like Earthquake.

@, have you seen Water Pulse's new animation? It's pretty much the best thing ever.

I like the general concept of a lot of signature moves, like Dark Void, Doom Desire, Spacial Rend, and Psystrike. Dragon Dance has the best 3D animation ever conceived, as seen when Gyarados uses it in Pokemon Colosseum. It's at 3:33 in the video below:

Hmmm, favorite moves? Not entirely sure I can pick favorite moves.

I do quite love Facade for some reason. It wasn't the effect it had that made me like it either, it was the animation in 3rd gen. My Swellow knew it and I would spam it like a boss.

Leaf Blade had a cool animation in 3rd gen.

I remember I used to love Sky Attack for its animation.

The old surf used to hypnotize me.

Headbutt for the name.

Dark Void cause Darkrai and its awesome.

Techno Blast cause Genesect.

Can't seem to think of any others right now.

Hi jump kick made me lol the first time it missed my pokemon..

Hmm, fire attacks have always been my favorites....but to to list my top favorite moves...

Fireblast, payday, Dig (only 1st and second gen though after that Dig became bleh) and fly
