MC Pixel Art

Hey guys, 

 

ParsleyParsnips here and I am going to be creating Pony Pixel Art. 

The art I am re-creating isn't my own however I hope you enjoy it regardless. 

 

Props to all the amazing artists out there

 

My first art work is a picture of Fluttershy, unfortunately when I started it I didn't anticipate how large it was going to be. I would like to ask you all if i should finish or not.

This is why i quit playing Minecraft...people like you are always going to be ridiculously good and make ridiculously epic stuff like that.

But yeah, I like the pixel art. How long did that take you and did anyone help?

 

Also, did you use any programs to help like MC edit?

WOW...just WOW...no words can describe this. HOW LARGE IS THAT?!?! O_o that has to be at least 200 blocks long... And I would love to see it finished (actually I tought it was already finished but Minecraft wasn't able to load all of it ) Anyway...AMAZING job you did there

(and I tought I was good in pixelart...)

1. Think in total it took round 20 hrs :S 

2. Did it myself

3. Used Spritecraft to obtain the blocks needed and then used photoshop to zoom in and such and just built it piece by piece.

The whole thing would be 500 blocks tall (including the body and wings) not 100% sure how large the head itself is, probably 150-200? if that. 

 

I'm currently working on AJ and once I've finished that I might consider finishing off FS depending on demand

well at least I got close with guessing the size of the head xD And there might be a problem with the size... You might not be able to fit it in the screen xD

Ignoring the above most (He's Lying) Ive received constant updates on this project which has always been a fun part of my day.

It's taken him about about 2-3 days roughly.

 

 

and looking up closely is Astonishingly Amazing, So Much detail. Personally i like the eyes best.

Thats why he is asking the lovely people on MLPforums if he should finish it.
