Recently applejack has getting lots of hate as a background pony. But after simple ways was released I just have 1 thing to say to those people that say that.

Nahh. He simply told someone to not insult Rarity. That's not against site rules, so he's not acting like a mod by trying to enforce the rules without a badge

You know, I kind of have the same problem XD I mean, my drawings of Rarity or even Fluttershy looks much better D: Even though almost everytime I draw ponies it's Applejack, who gets the most attention from me.
