Yeah   Darn Trenderhoof letting Lady Rarity down. Though it was interesting to see her those ways. It was quite interesting to see Applejack get all fancy like as well..

Well, I actually really like Trenderhoof. I mean, if it wasn't for him, this episode would never exist. As a character he fulfills his role in Simple Ways. He didn't hurt Rarity intentionally and considering that he's a writer traveling around the country - he probably is more interesting than most of bronies give him credit for. He kinda reminds me of Iron Will - people dislike him, because he turned Fluttershy into something she isn't, but the truth is that Flutters did it to herself. He only inspired her.

 

And another quick doodle.

A waifu is pretty much your wife but as a character because you have  a strong bond and love for that character. Pretty much everything you own from mlp would most likely be AJ, your thought process will be AJ, you dreams will be AJ, so pretty much AJ all the things in this case. It's slightly like Best Pony but taken up a notch.
