It's not my favorite Pinkie episode but it is still quite good.

Pinkie Pie was superb in Party Pooped. She went through all the trouble herself to make the yaks be friends with ponies. We all now know how Pinkie Pie remembers everypony's parties.

I think they knew because I'm assuming they're the ones who own the building or at least they knew of a lower level that Pinkie then customized to her liking, with trap doors and slides and whatnot.

 

I'm a big fan of Pinkie being secretly well organized. I loved the party planning cave. Pinkie just keeps getting better!

 You mean Pinkie Pie Fan Club?  I don't doubt the possibility.  In fact, seeing as how Pinkie may be able to tap into the multiverse on a quantum level, you can't doubt any logical possibility when it comes to Pinkie Pie.
