A bunch of Pinkie fans started posting pics of Rarity as a nazi and saying some really awful things about her because Pinkie was losing for a good portion of the time, pretty much.

 

Ruined the whole tourney for me I don't want to go back. I don't know the scores, nor do I care. They ruined everything.

 

There's also rumors going around of some Pinkie fans going out and recruiting people from different sites to make an account here just to cast a vote for Pinkie. Seriously, they're being real scumbags about the whole ordeal.

 

Even if they win, the way they've done it in was so cruel and unfair that it shouldn't matter. THIS is probably why Pinkie wins every year; her fans throw any shred of humanity they may have out the door if Pinkie is at risk of getting eliminated.

 

Well, that competition can go screw itself, the only thing i will be doing is to cast my vote for Applejack if she makes it into the finals. I actually wanted to congratulate the Pinkie fans if they would turn out to be the winner, but screw that too. I even was pretty sure that if Flutters and Pinks would share the finals, i would have voted for the pink one.

 

Im glad i wasn't there when that stuff happened, because i know i would be banned now if that would have been the case.

 

Im not going to hold this against the normal Pinkie fans or Pinkie herself, it's not their fault... But some people are just so incredible VILE, it makes me very... angry.

I want to see her fans be satisfied with the way they achieved victory; having friends make accounts for the sole reason of voting for Pinkie, comparing the pony they were losing against to a man who killed millions of innocent people in the most gruesome ways possible just because of his own prejiduce...

I don't see what's the buzz with that thread? Sure I liked Rarity winning over Twilight and I casted a vote too, but I don't even care what's going on there. I liked her victory not for the tourney but because this is another reason that Rarity's popularity is changing in the fandom, not only on this site but on several more.

but not getting hate is virtually impossible. Every pony receives their amount of hate, including Rainbow Dash almighty. But you know what I noticed?

Yesterday I've read a comic about Rainbow Dash persuading Scootaloo into doing her grocery shopping, people werent so nice to her in the comics. Days ago, I saw of Rarity making Coco Pommel to be a live advertising sign for Carousel Boutique, outside! in the sun!

I think the humor was a little cruel with this one, but surprisingly people didn't butcher Rarity like I thought they would, they were focusing more on Coco's past like, at least I'm not working for Suri, at least it's a better job etc.

See what I mean? Rarity gained more fans but I think her hate has been reduced significantly and you should ignored that tournament thread and just vote, that's what I've been doing I don't want anyone to pop my bubbles.

I also know one of the dudes posting all the Nazi Rarity pictures had the decency to apologize about it The rest didn't, but that one guy seemed to genuinely feel bad. Hope that helps out.

She seems to take some warming up to for some fans, but I was able to dive right into her right away She's so great
