If you're going to have a contest do it right. It's got to be something both of you can do (i.e. a video/ trading card game/sport you both play constantly, a race, weapons match (i.e. pistols at twenty paces or a sowrd fight), etc) and it's got to be in dedication and view of the lady in question. There are rules, regs, and cermonies to be follow to officialize as well as a judge who knows said rules and regs as well as ins't pledged to either side to keep things just as fair. 

 

Unfortunately the fabulous one would undoubtedly be against such a display over her (despite enjoying the attention) and will probably give you both a fair chance at her heart if at all. To truly get to her it'd take more romantic, heroic, and gentlemanly actions.

We were just goofing around.   And like you said, queen Rarity would certainly not like being treated as a prize in a competition. Asterian and me would never treat her like that.
