Mayhap, lief... It's too hard for me to take EqG as part of MLP realm (in a way). That doesn't make the song or EqG Flutters worse on their own though

Which is fair enough; while the Worlds are quite distinct (and of course nothing in EqG is canon in the Pony world, at least not yet) I find it interesting to see how the characters would have developed without Celestia's influence, especially the two Twilights who can of course be compared directly
