I really like it. The hair's detail is a very nice addition, the wings seem a bit far back though but that might just be me. The body itself is good, if not a tad short, again might just be me. And I really like the background, it compliments the mood of the picture very well. Overall great work, a lot better than I could do

Wow I really like this! I love the shape of that wing, and the colors you choose to use for shading. I can give a few tips though

-would be recommended if the hair is messy, to have the wing also messy, or have the hair smooth, so the styles match.

-the hair seems a little still, as the highlights are mearly small strands in a few locations. Could use more dramatic shading like done in the body

But really this is really great, and you use some beautiful shapes. Keep up the good work!

The only thing that I can see is that you wouldn't be able to see the stars NW of the moon, as that part is still there, just not illuminated. Unless of course it was bending light, but I don't think the moon has that much mass...

Yes, the wing was the challenge for me, it came down to just wanting to get the whole thing done but I will keep that in mind for my next painting thank you

That's what jumps out the most to me and it looks fantastic!    The shading, the colors, the background, it's all great. My only "critique" would be that I feel the cloud in the lower right covers her wing, but that's hardly an issue. Overall, looks beautiful!

Nothing a quick eraser can't fix! I will actually change that since I dislike it covering the wing a little bit too. Thanks for that though!

I love this style. This is amazing! I love it. It shows whats under Rainbow Dash's tough side. Nice backround too, the moon is rising and she is on the cloud crying, keep up the good work!

Yep, thank you! I've been doing digital art for a long time with vectors and photoshop, but with digital painting, I've only been doing it since this Christmas when I got my drawing tablet.

This particular paint was done in Photoshop but normally I do it in paint tool sai.

And for the price this tablet works fantastically!
