I call it by whatever type of drink it is, be it water, soda, or juice.

I was raised calling it pop. But now I live in a different region of the country so I'm adapting and calling it soda. But the thing is that I don't even use the term that much. I don't drink soda and haven't for nearly a decade now.

I call soft drinks "soda" unless, it's specifically a "Coca Cola" then, I'd call it a "coke".
